Kazama Auto has just released a new drift tire compound for indoor carpet RC Drifting. These new tires are shaped for the stretched tire look, with a PREMIUM badged on the tire side-wall for the stretched look. This is the latest version of their indoor RC drift compound

The latest Premium R520 compound drift tires are the recommended tires for the Kazama D-Link indoor RC Drift venue. These new tires allow for greater traction characteristics compared to conventional carpet tires. Ideal for counter steer modified drifting RC’s on a carpet surface.

What’s considered conventional carpet tires? I didn’t know where was a difference.

  I believe they are referring to the hardness of the tires compared to their previous version. They run a specific compound at their indoor carpet track, so I can only assume they are comparing it to that.

Where can i get this? I’m in the states and I don’t understand Japanese to order it on their site. =D Sorry. Any help would be appreciated.

  Yeah these products can be a bit tough to find sometimes, especially with the language barrier. You should try banzai hobbies or any other online vendor from Japan.
