New Spice Desire SRD-01 Option Parts






Looks like RC Spice will soon be releasing new option parts for the Desire SRD-01 chassis. The new option parts will feature a lot of carbon fiber and some aluminum alloy parts. Not sure yet if this will be a full conversion kit for the chassis or just a series of option parts. We expect that there will be a carbon conversion kit for the existing FRP chassis. These new options parts will transform the Desire SRD into a whole new Drift RC machine!

For those of you who thought that this chassis had too much plastic, look again! The new parts include new white carbon fiber upper decks, chassis plate, battery holder, support plates and both damper stays. New blue anodized alloy risers for battery holder support and new motor mount made of alloy. The new option parts should be officially announced in the month of August 2011, keep an eye out for more!

      Yes this kit has been out for some time now.  Except that it is not an officially licensed by RC Spice or MST (which is the creators of the Spice chassis).  Since then there has been many other conversion available, including some High traction options from MST.  Check them all out before you settle on this one :)
