Eagle Racing R31 Long Belts
Eagle has released replacement belts for the popular R31 chassis. These belts are meant for the center section that requires a longer belt. Additionally Eagle has released 2 shorter length belts for countersteer CS modified drifters. The available belt sizes are 140T (standard R31), 137T and 135T long belts. Especially useful for countersteer style drifters. These belts are compatible with all R31 based chassis, check them out.

Active Hobby Damper Pistons for RC Drift
Active Hobby Japan has just restocked on their popular damper pistons for RC Drift. The tapered pistons are designed so that a dual damper rate can be achieved. These are installed such that the oil can flow through faster in one direction than the other. These drift pistons are made for a variety of popular dampers, including Tamiya TRF, Yokomo DRB and Yokomo Drift Package dampers. Dual dampening rates are useful for greater control and stability when drifting. This is a very useful option part and worth checking out.

Team Suzuki High Angle Universal Shafts
Team Suzuki is set to launch their new high angle universal drive shafts for the Yokomo Drift Package chassis. Now Drift Package users will have more options when selecting options parts. The new universal drive-shafts are capable of up to 58 or 59 degrees of steering angle, but 55 degrees is the guaranteed value. One of the most distinguishing features of the driftshafts is the weight that is fitted on the swing shaft portion. The purpose of the weight is to balance the drive-shaft to keep it from unnecessary movements. Check them out today.

Maruma Factory has released a polycarbonate intercooler part for dressing up RC Drift bodies. The lexan inter-cooler is very lightweight and easy to affix to any 1:10 scale RC Drift body. This item comes in clear polycarbonate and ready for painting in any colour of your choice. This was released as part of the Maruma Factory 180SX body kit. This is a cheap and good alternative for those that do not want to invest in an alloy or more expensive dress up part.

Team Suzuki Suspension Arms for Yokomo DP
Team Suzuki will soon be introducing Aluminum Suspension Arms for Yokomo Drift Package chassis. This is promoted as a “practical part” rather than a “dress-up” part, these suspension arms are structurally designed for improved traction and stability. Testing of these parts were performed by Yokomo sponsored driver and have approved of their performance. These suspension arms have been tested on the Drift Package and the D-Max chassis and are compatible. Look for these new option parts to be available late April of 2012.
