Through our partnership with rcdrift.it we are pleased to present this amazing piece of art from Tarlo in Italy. After taking many pictures of his outstanding rc drift cars, it was determined a better background was needed to complete the effect. The first time DriftMission.com staff saw these pictures we were sure they weren’t 1:10 scale it had to be REAL! As you can see from the pictures this is one of the most detailed garages you have seen that takes 1/10 scale to the next level. Thanks to Tarlo for sharing with driftmission.com More information pictures & video after the jump!
“I … I am determined to make a set a while ‘most original and sought to use as the setting for my photos.
The search was long enough to decide that setting achievable and especially with my means (spending very little, and recycling!) Has not been easy. Eventually I decided to make the interior of a workshop and to use this picture as inspiration … Pistons excluded! After several days of planning, I started with the realization of a corner of (2 walls and the floor) … My idea was to do a workshop some ‘OLD, no crumbling! … but very detailed, and which was illuminated by lights that are real environment.”
Almost 2 weeks of work using any material or object that could do for, wood, cardboard, plastic, styrene, allimunio, nylon, even the shoe laces! and many micro / spare recovery.
A lot of imagination, a steady hand and an infinity of patience … and here is the result.
How to set the car to take pictures … I feel better than the white backdrop!?
