RC926 recently announced their new Silver carbon conversion kit for the Hot Bodies TC-D chassis. This conversion kit will include all new silver carbon for the popular TC-D chassis. RC926 is expecting to release 2 different version of this conversion kit. Both designed with high mechanical traction in mind, the main silver chassis carbon thickness would be 2.0mm or 2.4mm. The original TC-D was based on old touring car design, so the main chassis is stiffer with very little flex. New chassis design has moved towards thinner and more flexible chassis to promote better mechanical traction, also known as High Traction. This new conversion kit will be available March 25, 2012 from RC926. There will only be 100 of each conversion kit made so it is a very limited release.
