Max Speed Technology FXX-D Type S IFS is the latest revised MST RWD drift chassis. Based on the FXX-D VIP chassis, this is the budget equivalent with inboard front suspension. We expect this to come on the market in a few weeks, it will be interesting to see how well the IFS performs.
We were surprised to see this one come across our desks with the IFS suspension. As RC Drift or Touring enthusiasts, we all know the importance of a good suspension set-up. When the suspension system functions properly, the chassis behaviour is easy to predict, control and manipulate. Overall the reduction in aluminum is to minimize costs without negatively affecting the performance. More to come when we know more, but in the meantime, check out the pictures below.
