3Racing’s latest D6, called the Idler lineup of chassis.
This is 3Racing 1/10 Sakura D6 IDLER Carbon Graphite Red 2WD/RWD RC Drift Car Kit EP. For the current D5 users, all the transmissions can be placed to the Sakura D6GA to convert the gearbox! 3racing presents an option graphite kit (Red, blue and purple graphite) for the D6, redesigned the layout of upper and lower decks, exclusive metal decal, aluminum big bore damper body and 6 x 1.3 x 11 diameter piston are included.
During the development of the D6GA, most of the concern was that the big angle of steering must be reached, fortunately, we found a solution to improved after the big angle system is created, the longer wiper is needed, but how to keep the steering accurate without vibration? finally, our design team inspired the bearing adjustment function.
Sakura D6 Idler Carbon Drift Chassis Features:
The D6GA features a slim front bulkhead with caster adjustment (2-8 degrees) and an exclusive KPI knuckle design for improved sliding. It includes emulation calipers with stainless steel brake discs (34mm front, 32mm rear). A 2.71 ratio belt drive transmission ensures smooth acceleration. Steering is enhanced with an active rear toe and a new suspension system with a pivot ball design.
The flexible carbon wishbones, including a 3mm offset adjustment on the rear lower wishbone, extend the wheelbase from 257mm to 260mm. The chassis, with a graphite lower and upper deck, optimizes weight distribution and balance. The rear shock tower includes cable slots, while the servo is placed backward for better balance.
A smart battery tray offers three placement options, and the tiny lower bumper reduces preload for better radiator access. New 6×1.3mm pistons with aluminum shock bodies enhance absorption. The car features heavy-duty 12mm wheel hubs, a stiffened body post, and 18mm magnets with metal discs. Other highlights include wear-resistant PE tires, adjustable absorber angles, and extreme steering angles.
