Introduction
RC OMG is now a little less new to the RC Drift servo market. The HDT065070B is a high voltage Ultra Speed servo. It is very fast servo with a lower torque rating than the others. The lower torque rating is still adequate for RC Drift purposes. The speed of the servo is extremely fast, a bit more than any servo we are accustomed to. It felt as if the servo was faster than my reaction time to steering input. The entire steering range is very smooth once you adjust to the speed of the servo.
Holding precision is also a very impressive, it still holds very well even when bouncing over a bump on the track surface, Tetsujin Kerbs and general garden edging used at IDS RC drift arena. The high speed is really the most impressive aspect of this servo. This is a high voltage servo, so minimum requirements is 6.0V supplied by your ESC BEC for optimal performance. Make sure that you are using capable electronics, otherwise it will glitch or lose optimal function.

Overall Quality
We have been very impressed with the quality of the products. They come in a very well packaged casing that includes most standard servo arms and hardware associated with it.
The HDT065070b RC OMG servo MSRP for $102.99USD. The target audience of these servos are all levels of users, from beginner to expert. Where performance is crucial at any cost. These servos cost more but performance is worth the cost.
The speed and precision of these servos have stood up to our expectations of any electronics, the only aspect we are not fully aware of yet is the longevity of it. We will continue to test these servos until they fail, which will ultimately decide the value of this product. The value may not be there for the budget drifters, but for those that demand more out of their electronics, RC OMG may be a good choice.

Overall Performance
We made some unofficial comparisons to other digital servos such as Hitec, Spektrum and Futaba with the same size and specs. The HDT065070B servos manage to perform just as well as these established brands. The accuracy, precision and speed were very impressive. We have yet to hear this servo hunt or buzz trying to find center. This servo is very fast for its size. The only aspect of the servo that could be improved is greater torque which is offset by the immense speed. Comparing the HDT065070B to the LD062070B (similar specifications but difference in output and voltage requirements). This servo performs faster and just as torquey. Overall we are very impressed with the performance of this servo!
Overall Value
This servo is priced at $102.16 USD, which is extremely reasonable for what you get out of it. RC OMG has been extremely reliable and so far has stood up to the testing we have put it through. This servo is very competitively priced relative to anything else of similar specifications and size in the market. We have made some personal comparisons with other servo’s of similar size and specifications and the OMG servo has really been much better, especially for centering and precision of movement.
Conclusion
“Only Manufacture Golden” is RC OMG’s slogan! It really is manufactured to gold standard! So far RC OMG servo’s have exceeded our expectations. The performance of their servos are ultra fast and super precise. This Standard profile high voltage servo is no exception, the performance is very good and reliable. This servo is ultra quick and responsive, the precision and holding torque is also ultra reliable. This servo is equipped with titanium gears so you know it was manufactured to last. Due to the infancy of RC OMG, that is the only remaining factor regarding their servos. Our tests of their low and high voltage series servos has been great thus far, we expect this one to be as well. RC OMG is aggressively marketing their products so look for them in a store near you!
